Mail Bridge

Mail Bridge is a private, read-only Gmail statement intake service for RewardOS.

It is designed to find statement emails that match an owner-configured query, read matching messages, and retain PDF statement attachments for downstream processing.

Google Data Access

Mail Bridge requests only this Gmail API scope:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly

• Mail Bridge does not send email.
• Mail Bridge does not delete, modify, label, or compose email.
• Mail Bridge does not provide general mailbox search to users.

Retention

Access tokens are kept in memory only. Refresh tokens are encrypted locally. Statement artifacts are limited to retained PDF attachments and privacy-preserving internal identifiers.
